Magnolia Nativity Collection 2012

Happy Thursday Everyone :D

What a lovely cold crispy morning it is here in the UK today. Im just writing up this post and then Im going out with my dog. I'm fed up of having a soggy doggy these last couple of weeks.

Ive finally got the time to play with the new Magnolia Nativity stamps. WHOOooo I adore these :D

For my card I used Tilda as Wiseman, Paradise Palm and Jacob the Camel which I have masked together. All painted with DI's. All available from Sir Stampalot.

I do make it difficult for myself. It was quite a challenging one to paint.

Oh yes Ive also used Magnolia Christmas Text too.

 As usual Ive used lots of Dies. Loving the new DooHickeys

Ive used Pointsettia, Sprawling Ferns and Tea labels-Small Tags and Tilda'sTicket

Other dies are Sizzix Pinecone and Go Kreate for the shape Frilly #7

Berries are all from Magnolia

Hi There

Where has this week gone??

I cant believe I havent been in blogland for over a week now.

Ive actually had a great week. Both me and my hubby have had a week off and weve been DIY-ing, Christmas Shopping, Cinema(twice) and lots of dog walking, its really been a lovely break from everything. So much so my Mojo has disappeared. This card has been on my desk all week waiting to be finished and today Ive managed it!! That is after a trip to a local craft store to see if there was anything that got my inspiration kicking in again!!

For my card I have Watercoloured Magnolia-Tilda Captures Stars using Distress Inks

This is what I found in my craftshop. Some MINI Bobbins. Arent they cool. My trip worked I think and I didnt spend much either.!!!hee hee

Dies used are Go Kreate for the shape of the card

Its All About Books

 Oh Heck I'm so late.

Ive just got home from watching the new Twilight Movie and WOW! Best one of them all by far..

 

Ok back to my post.

Its all about Books over at MDUC this week..

Ive made one of the Corner page bookmarks Ive been wanting to make for a long time. So easy to do to.

 When choosing which stamp to use I remembered a book I had of Bedtime Lullabies when I was younger. Holy Tilda with Violin was just perfect.

I also used NEW Doo-Hickey 'Cute wings' which I received as a lovely surprise this week from my dear sweet friend Camilla from Sweden and I just LOVE them..Thankyou so much xxx :D

Other Die used was Doo-Hickey-Pointsettia

For my card I have used Angel Tilda With Gloria from the New Nativity Collection. I painted her with Distress Inks Pine Needles.

 

 

 

I also used Magnolia paper Winter Angels which matched perfectly for this stamp from Sir Stampalot

 Back to my card. I managed a quick sneaky  play last week with the new Nativity stamps while I was locked away working hard on the INK. Well who could resist them. Im itching to do a Nativity scene, but that is ongoing :D

Its Sparkle Time at The Ribbon Girls

Hiya Everyone

Oh dear Im so late in posting this. I honestly forgot all about it.!Today Ive been working so hard on the next issue of Magnolia Ink. Ive had a few on going projects over the last few weeks but they've been unfinished and the deadline is REALLY loOOOoooming!!!

Its so hard when Ive so many new stamps to play with too. Ive had to hide them for now...Though Ive have had a sneaky play with a couple of the new Nativity ones :D

 Ive also tried not to look around blogland because I know some are using them already....IT KILLS ME!!! ha ha

 

Anyway back to todays post.

I really enjoyed doing this as I love painting the Magnolia Church Background. Ive also used Tilda in The Forest painted with DI's.

Ive made my Ornament into a Shaker style.
