Love Letters Straight From Your Heart.....

Good Evening!

Hope you are all keeping warm!! Apparently snow is heading our way and it certainly feels cold enough.

Today is the start of a new challenge over at Deep Ocean and the challenge is LOVE YOU

For my card Ive used my favourite Tilda from the latest collection 'Tilda Sending Love Letter'. I just love everything about her. Also on the tag is mini 'Cupido'. Both painted with DI's

The heart in the background was from last years collection You are so sweet 'Scattered Heart'

Also from this collection is 'Youve stolen my heart'text

Hiya

Its Edwin ONLY over at MDUC this week.

For once Ive made a square card!!

Poor Edwin...We dont see him often enough do we?? So this week we have banned Tilda!!!hee hee

Ive used Super Cool Edwin!!!... I love him...such a cool dude!!

Ive painted him with Distress Inks on 300 gsm Watercolour Paper.

Papers are a mixture of Pion And Maja

TOMIC Challenge 34

Hiya

Its my turn to join in TOMIC this week and we want to see Oval shaped cards with Embossing -Wet or Dry.

Ive used 'Tilda With Cozy Heart' and 'I Love You' from The Sweet Crazy Love Collection. Painted with DI's

Ive embossed Magnolia LOVE stamp with Moonglow embossing powder Burgandy Brass

Doo-Hickeys used are Heart Tag and Sweet Lovely Lace.

MDUC Challenge-Colours Of Our National Flag

Hiya All

There's another challenge over at MDUC and we want you to use the colours of your National Flag!

For a change Ive coloured on KRAFT with Distress Inks. Wasnt sure how it would turn out, but kept at it!! Im sure I used a lot more ink than usual.

Ive used 'Tilda Loves Flowers' from the Sweet Crazy Love Collection. I'm nearly there now. I think ive a couple more to ink up and will need moreeeee!!! HEE HEE

It was quite hard to get a good picture today and especially with the Kraft it was darker than normal. Instead of darkening the background like I usually do, I used a white Prismacolour pencil and highlighted it for a change!

I even had some Union Jack Ribbon in my stash which I had forgotton about. I knew it would come in one day. Sentiment is Whimsy postage stamps.

Cuddles

Morning!!!

Yay!! its Friday and what have I been doing this morning???Yeah you guessed it...finishing this card!!

I started painting the image last night. I was asked in an email how long it takes to make a card. Well its actually painting the image that takes the time. It can take 2-3 hours just to watercolour. This one took a little longer as there's two of them! So all in all I daren't time myself! But anythings better than just sat watching TV!

The Magnolia is another New one from the Sweet Crazy Love Collection called 'Cuddly Siblings' Awh it just reminds me of my two (though they dont cuddle now they are 15 and 12!!!They wont even sit near each other!!)eyes roll...

The paper is the NEW one from Pion Design called 'From The Heart ll' and arrived at mine on Wednesday. I must say I feel so guilty cutting into it,it's so gorgeous. Tracy kindly kept me up to date with the where abouts of her delivery!!(Hee hee thats another story!!!) but thankyou Tracy xx

For the tag I used Magnolias Heart Tag

Image was watercolured with DI's on 300gsm Watercolour Paper

Lets get Sparkly at DOC

Hiya

Another Challenge has begun at DOC and we want you to SPARKLE.

Ive used Tilda with wrapped Heart from the New Sweet Love Collection and painted with Distress Inks. Papers are also Magnolia-Mini Cloudy Blue.

Once again Ive used the my new Tim Holtz On The Edge Butterfly Die.

Ive stained my white rosette ribbon with stormy Sky Distress Stain and used lots of Diamond stickles which is difficult to see.

Black and White at MDUC

Good Evening !

There's a new challenge beginning over at MDUC and this week we want your image to be coloured in Black and White! Yay I love doing this. We are also being sponsered by Stampyland and there's a $20 voucher up for grabs.:)

For my card Ive used two NEW images from the Sweet Love Collection 'Rose Scent Tilda' and 'Welcome to a Lovely Home'

Papers are also Magnolia.

Stamps are Whimsy Postage stamps.

Do you like my Hanger?? Ive been searching for one of these for months and had no luck at all. Then my lovely Magnolia friend GOSIA sent me one. :) It made my week!!! Thankyou Gosia,I will be using it loads from now on xxxx

Spring Cleaning

Morning!!

Well Ive been MIA from blogging this week as Ive been having a good ole Spring Clean!! The kids went back to school on Monday,so Ive been trying to get back to normal. I think Im just about there.

Its Friday today and its the first friday I havent worked in about 8 years and I think Im going to like it!:) Ive had a lovely crafty couple of hours and Im not dressed yet!!!Naughty!(Though I havent been in my room all week).

I thought I would play with a few of my new things and enter a few challenges!

I have used a New Magnolia from the new Crazy Love Collection-'Tilda with Peony Tails' and also their New Paper 'Paris Red Peony' and 'Eau De Cologne' ! Gorgeous Gorgeous!!

I have also sneaked a new Sizzix Die on there and Im sure it will be a popular one. :)

Spellbinders used were circles and Label 22. Keep em coming!!!

Flower is by Prima and LOTS of white paint(hence the white fingers!!!)
