Ive painted her with DI's.

It's A Stitch Up at MDUC

Hellooooo :D

Hope you are all enjoying your weekend. Mine has just begun and the wine is cracked open:D

 

There's a new challenge at MDUC and we want to see stitching on your card.

I love stitching and I know I don't do it enough on my cards. If my craftroom was big enough my sewing machine would be out all the time.

For my card Ive used Tilda with Cute lamb from the Little Christmas Collection 2012. Papers are all Magnolia.

Magnolia INK Turning Leaves 2012....I'm Cover girl!!

Hiya All :D

Im back again today to share some news!

Yesterday my children were taken out for the day by my Mum and Dad, so I thought I would have a massive clean up day!! I had just turned off my laptop (because I get nothing done when its on!!) and I got an email from my friend Kylie in Australia (on my phone!) asking me if it was my card on the cover of the  new edition of Magnolia Ink !!

Well I couldnt get my laptop on fast enough to see:D

We all look forward to seeing the new covers in the DT and to see whose 'Cover-Girl'!!  and to use my card was the icing on the cake.

My Cat inspired me to use this stamp!! He brought me a little present home yesterday!!! Tut Tut...

Yes! a baby Shrew.. I really dont like him when he does that...but thats what they do I suppose!!!

I'm finding it hard to craft at the moment with the kids still being off school!! I just find Im going round and round in circles tidying up after them!! But yesterday I escaped and painted this.

Midway Reminder at CLP

Hi Again :)

It's the midway reminder over at CLP this month

and this is Chelsea's fabulous sketch below.

Ive painted with Distress INks using Tilda with Carrots from the Turning Leaves Collection 2012 and masked her with The Root Cellar Door from Sweet Rainbow Collection 2012.

I seem to be seeing lots of Red Admirals at the moment and saw loads in Scotland last week. So Ive added one to my card. They are so beautiful.

I hope you are all ok and still enjoying the Olympics. We've been away on holiday all week ,but still managed to watch bits here and there. My son is hooked and I was so jealous of my brother managing to get tickets and see Jessica Ennis win gold!!Amazing! :D

August Card Challenge at The Ribbon Girl

Hi There

There's a new Card Challenge over at The Ribbon Girls Challenge Blog this month and the Challenge is Bingo!!! Yay we all love that dont we. :D

Ive used' Little Tilda' from the New Little Christmas Collection 2012 and coloured her in Sepia. To do this I used Walnut Ink DI for the whole image.

Papers I have used are Pion Design from last Christmas.
