A Cupcake side step Card

Hi There
Hope everyone is enjoying this lovely weather we are having at the moment.I hope its the start of a nice summer!! But then again this is England!!!!
I haven't had much crafting time recently, but I did manage to squeeze this in yesterday. It was a stamp I just had to have, as we have lots of bakers in our family and it is something I loved doing as a child . Cupcakes/buns was always a firm favourite.

I had a go at the side step card and it was very easy(well after the 2nd attempt)!
As usual I used my nesties and the basic grey papers. I painted Tilda with Distress inks.I must say im becoming very addicted to painting with these. Its quite tricky at first, but once you get the hang of it, it does get easier. The main thing is to have a good quality watercolour paper.

The petals of the flower I used a Heroarts set.

Hi Debbie

I love your cupcakes and your colouring is gorgeous. I must give distress inks a go for colouring.
I've just been having a look back over your last few posts and think I must have been in a time warp as I seem to have missed the last few, so sorry. They are all gorgeous of course and I do love what you've done with Tracey's new stamps.
Have a great weekend and enjoy this wonderful sunshine.

Lisax

P.S. I saw the work being done at FA on Look North!!!

Just Fabulous - I tried cutting one of these out once but obviously got my fold all wrong as it wouldn't sit right. Am inspired to try again!
