I hope you are all well and enjoying the Olympics. I must say we are all glued in our house. Its so lovely to see my kids so interested as well.

Today to share is a new release stamp called 'Dancing With Stars Tilda' She certainly is a cutie. She is from a new Christmas Collection called Little Christmas 2012on pre-order at Sir Stampalot

Ive painted her with DI's.

Papers are Magnolia Blue Christmas Holly which are last years collection, which ive finally dared to cut into to!

Dies used are Doo-Hickeys Star Tag and mini Tea label Tags

Sizzix-Snowflakes on the edge and Mini Snowflakes.

MDUC-Make Or Alter A Giftbox

Hi There again

A new Challenge has just begun at MDUC and we want you to make or alter a Giftbox. I decided to alter one which I have had knocking about for a while in my craftroom.

Still inspired by lasts night opening ceremony of the Olympics I thought I would go with a sporty theme too.

Ive used Gymnastic Tilda With Ribbon from the Winner Takes All Collection 2011. All these stamps are perfect for the Olympics. Ive painted using DI's.

Papers are Papermania which I had left from the Jubilee.

Let The Games Begin

Morning!!

Well...WOW!!! Did you watch the opening ceremony last night to the 2012 Olympic Games??Blooming Brilliant!! :D

For me the best part was The Queen with 007, but Callum And Sophie liked Mr Bean.

Edwin In The Lakes

 Good Morning everyone

Today to share is a Stepper card Ive made for a sample card of gorgeous 'Hiking Edwin' from the NewAutumn Leaves Magnolia Collection.

I used my son Callum for my inspiration.

Last week he did his Silver Duke Of Edinburgh Award in The Lake District for 4 days.

Can you remember the weather!!!! I think he got more than drenched!
We have spent many a Summer Holiday in the lakes, but more gazing up at the hills rather than walking on them from Lake Windermere.

I even pinched a little piece of his map!!hee hee

Though how he carried a 17kg rucksack on his back for 4 days I havent a clue!!!

Stamps used are Hiking Edwin and Hiking Backround all available from Sir Stampalot

Ive coloured with DI's

Dies used are Tim's Sizzix Pine Tree (cut out 6 times!) and On TheEdge Fence

Doo Hickeys Cloud and Memory Box Puffy Clouds

and a few punch out leaves.

Other stamps were Whimsy Postcard and Postage Stamps.

Dancing In The Moonlight

Hi There

Well I wasnt planning on crafting today,but when I woke up with a tune in my head I was inspired!

'Dancing In The Moonlight' was a a favourite of mine a few years back and sung many a time on the Karaoke!!!! cough!! cough!! (yeah those were my wilder days!!)!LOL

Its funny what inspires you isnt it.

I instantly knew I wanted this new Tilda when I saw her. She is called 'Tilda learning to dance' Ive painted her with Distress inks.

The Moon is actually called 'African Sun' but I made it into a Moon is also Magnolia

Papers are Magnolia called Vintage Birds. I LOVE these.

This one was a real tricky one to watercolour. My own fault with adding all the sunflowers. It seemed to take forever.

MDUC Challenge -Baby Shower

Good Evening everyone

There is a new challenge over at MDUC and a lovely surprise in store for our gorgeous DT Member Louise.

Louise is expecting her 2nd baby anytime now, so this weeks Challenges is 'Baby Shower'.

Weve had to be very secretive towards Louise this week with what tonights challenge really was, so she is going to get a lovely surprise:D

Ive made a Baby Bib instead of a card. Ive used Magnolia 'Baby Tingla' from an older collection(not sure which one). Coloured with Distress Inks.

For once we are dry!! But I wont hold mybreath for long!!!

My new ones and papers arrived yesterday, so I cant wait to play with those soon:D
