A 'Grungey' Sunday!

Well what a weekend. My kids have been on a canal boat since friday with my mum and dad and their two cousins. So its been peace at home!Though it has been weird!!They havent actually been far, as the canal runs past the bottom of parents garden,so they did manage to moar the boat at home.I think they got as far as Skipton!!ha ha.Today we joined them and what a fab day we had.The kids drove the boat the whole time and opened all the bridges, they had a great time and just didnt want to come home!So tonight they both have the Sunday night blues!!
Anyhow i did manage to have a play with the grungepaper i bought on friday for half an hour.I'm certainly going love this and have all sorts of ideas for it.Here I have used two different flower punches i have in three different sizes and a chipboard swirl.I coloured with adirondack inks and then stamped.

This is Sophie on top of the canal boat.A fab fab weekend had by all!AND a great big thankyou to my Mum and Dad, im sure they are in need of a peaceful day tomorrow.

Hi Debbie. What a beautiful flower. Shall have to have a go at this.
What lucky children you have spending the weekend in such a wonderful way. I love the canal at Skipton. Well I love Skipton really. We spend many Saturdays there and yes I have been to the Stampman on many occassions. In fact they introduced me to stamping when they had a tiny shop at Ilkely, now that is going back!!!! I've been many times to Craven Court but have not ventured to the new shop yet so will have to make a special visit and yes I will look you up, I'm sure your not that scary!!!!
Glad the mojo has returned.
