Hi Everyone
I'm here today to share with you a Winnie Christmas Gift Bag.
Ive used 'All Wrapped Up' watercolored with Distress Reinkers on Bockingford Hotpressed Watercolour Paper

Using the Gnome For Christmas paper pack and the Poinsettia Lace dies I cut out the medium and small flowers and white washed them using white paint and added an embellishment for the centre

Here are the dies I used
Around the outside of Winnie Ive added a little texture using Snowtex Texture Paste

Well I wish my presents were all wrapped up!! LOL
They aren't even bought yet!!

Hey All
Well Autumn is most definately upon us, which means for me a little more crafty time :D Yayyyyy!!
I have two Spaniels so I spend a lot of time outdoors, which I love, and the colours at the moment are just glorious.
I was going to use more orangey colours for this project, but when the new Adalene papers dropped through my door...WELL....say no more!!! They are just soooo LUSH!!

I have made a litte video here on how I put my cards together and a little snippet on how I colour with Distress Re-Inkers using the gorgeous January Girl-Nature Lover.
The Butterfly I used here is from the Polkadoodles downloadable Belle Papillon Embellishments

Why I have only seen these now and where have I been I keep asking myself!!?!? I can't believe all this gorgeousness is at the click of my fingers and I can print out whatever and whenever I want!! Nikky your trying to kill me!!!!
My Laptop has become my sweetshop :D hee hee!!

A MERMAZING 3D SHADOW BOX
Hello Everyone
I'm here today with my very last Summer project for this year. Ive had this on the go on my desk for the last few weeks, so I thought I'd better finish it before we are full swing into Christmas mode hey!!!

On the Polkadoodles BLOG today Ive created a Shadow Box and below is a short video on how I did it, so I hope you like it.

Ive used the gorgeous Meribelle-Rock-It Digi  which I have watercolours with Distress Inks

and used the gorgeous papers Peeling Paint

I always love to make my own embellishments and flowers do you? I used dies to make the flowers and the Seahorses I made using air dry clay and a mould. Everything else is from my stash.
Once everything is added to where I want it to be I cover in white Gesso and then paint with Alchemy Paints.
Then to finish I accentuate the tips with White Gold Wax, add Artstones and highlight these with white paint

Here are the lush papers

Thankyou for stopping by and I hope you liked my project and short video.

See you again soon

Meribelle

Hey! Happy Saturday
I'm here today with a little more summer inspiration for you. Im not ready for leaving summer behind just yet are you? Though its felt really back endish (as we say here!!) this week.

For my card Ive used the stunning Meribelle -Swimming Around stamp coloured with Distress Re-Inkers.

This took me a few hours to paint but wow did I enjoy it. I really have coloured her as deep as she is in the ocean.
For her tail I added a little glossy accents, added shaved Ice fragments and heated with a heat gun. When heated the fragments shrivel up and they look like jewels glistening away deep under the water.

For the flowers I used PD Delicate Daisy Cluster Die and rolled them into a rose. Remember my tutorial for this HERE and then painted with Alchemy paints
and you have to add a little star bottle embellishment filled with shells.

Papers Ive used are once again the fabulous Fourni

Other dies used are
Ive entered this into the Simon Says Wednesday Challenge -Stamp it

Well I hope Ive helped you hold on a little longer to summer hey?
Please pop by the POLKADOODLES BLOG for lots more inspo.
Thankyou so much for stopping by
