Its ♥♥♥Hearts♥♥♥ this week over at MDUC chosen by my very gorgeous friend Camilla.

Such a perfect choice for me as I think you've already gathered I just love

 ♥♥♥ Hearts ♥♥♥

 

 Ive got to say I LOVED making this card. Its a picture Ive had in my head for a few weeks now. As soon as I saw Violet Tilda I knew she belonged in the Romantic Window hence the ♥♥♥Hearts♥♥♥

 Again I wanted a Sepia Vintage effect with a 'Touch Of Velvet' .....Victorian velvet! hee hee

 The whole image is painted with Distress Inks Walnut Stain for an OLD look and a touch of Victorian Velvet which I have then painted over with Distress Crackle Glaze.

Ive added a little Frantage to the Flowers

 All the beautiful ribbon, lace and resin frame is from the Ribbon Girls.The butterfly on the frame and the clay corner I have made with Airdry clay. Have you noticed the ♥♥♥hearts♥♥♥ in the lace too?

For the shape of the card Ive used Go Kreate Dies

 

 My tag is made with a Magnolia Doohickey Die 'Cloudy Tags' and also the Butterfly is Magnolia.

Papers are also Magnolia.

The Shabby Bark  Heart and Clay Heart are from Live and Love crafts

A Midweek Reminder and a Proud Mama Moment

 Hi There

Im still here...I think!!..just Christmased out!!!!Hee hee..No Ive been up to my eyes in Christmas work behind the scenes recently..

 

Today to share is a verrryyyy late card for the Ribbon Girls Challenge to include numbers. (Sorry Im so late Mary :D)

Ive used a beautiful image from LOTV 'Skipping'. I wanted to give her more of an aged ,vintage look so I painted her with Distress Ink Walnut Stain..

.

For the shape of my card Ive used a Go Kreate die- Flower

 I feel to be struggling with my cards recently. Im going through a 'less is more' stage and not wanting to add anything much or overload it, but at the same time I want to use all the beautiful embellishments I have but cant. I also love all the amazing dies out there. The flowers here I have made using a Marianne Die.

Magnolia Mini World Wedding Tilda

 

Hi There

Today to share is the quickest card EVER for two DT Challenges.

 

Firstly is MDUC where the challenge is Tic- Tac -Toe and the Ribbon Girls Magnolia Challenge which is a girly card.

 

Ive so much going on behind the scenes at the moment with Magazine projects etc and preparation for a couple of trips coming up, that my blog has to take a back seat. I did think I wouldn't make it in time for this weekends challenges, but I got there in the end.

Ive made a Mini card, though you cant tell with the picture. Ive used a Tilda from Magnolia Mini World 'Wedding Tilda' which was a birthday gift off my friend Camilla. (Thankyou ♥)

I really do love the mini world Tilda's and they are especially good for quick cards when you don't have much time:D

 

For the rest of my card here is what I used

From the Ribbon Girls Shop-I used 20mm Pearl &Diamante round embellishment, 'Gemma' Dusty Pink Floral Flat Lace, Ivory Lace and Pearl Trim, Cheesecloth, Pink Seam Binding and Pale Pink Open Roses.

Lili Of The Valley New Christmas Release 2 Blog Hop

Hiya and a very Good Morning from me...:D

Today we are holding a Lili of the Valley design team blog hop to celebrate the launch of their gorgeous new Christmas stamps

This is the second set of their 2013 Christmas collection and there are 20 stamps including some of your favourite characters and also a few more traditional designs

For my card I have used James Snow Angel...I love this stamp so much. I think we all have done this  in the snow. So much fun. Ive painted him with Distress Re-Inkers

Beach Babes

Hi There

I got my inspiration last week when we took a trip out to Whitby and saw these little coloured Beach Huts below..

 

 

Just amazing..

 

I have so many new Tilda's to ink up and I just haven't the time to make cards with them all right now, so what better way to use them than all together!! :D

There's another fab challenge over at MDUC...in fact one of my faves..

 I could just paint all day in Black, White or Sepia..I just LOVE it

 I used On The Road Tilda from Sea Breeze Collection 2013 and painted with Black Soot Distress Re-Inker

 Papers are also the new Magnolia double sided ones.. Just love these.

Birthday Time at The Ribbon Girls

 Hi There and a very Good Morning to you :D

 

Today is a new challenge over at the Ribbon Girls Blog and as they are celebrating their 3rd birthday the challenge is Birthdays 

 

I have use a beautiful LOTV stamp 'Cake Glorious Cake' and painted with Di's.

 Lotv have also brought out some new paper pads and they are all just so yummy. On my card I have used Antebellum which is just gorgeous

 and once again the very useful Sentiment tags

 I frantaged the beautiful butterfly border with Rose EP
