Magnolia Zodiac Virgo

Hiya

Yayyy its Friday!! (I dont know why Im saying that because Im working tomorrow!!!hee hee)

but Ive had my Saturday today and what a lovely day we've had here in the UK

I had Bolton Abbey in Yorkshire just about all to myself this morning, polished my wheels (yeah Im such a tomboy) then the house, and made this :D...perfect day I reckon ♥ 

and now Im having a glasss of ♥ (hic hic ;D)

Anyway enough of my day and back to my card..

Ive used one of the new Zodiac Collection Virgo from Magnolia

I'm soooooo loving these ♥

As always Ive watercoloured with Distress Re-Inkers.

Ive sat Virgo Tilda on a cloud.... an older Magnolia stamp from 2013

For the shape of the card I used Go Kreate-Flower to create a cloud. This idea came my teamie ♥Camilla♥  in Sweden.

WOW I cant believe February is nearly over already!!! Time is going way too fast...

Well have you seen the new Magnolia Zodiac Collection? Another fabulous one me thinks :D

Its also a new Challenge over at MDUC and this week it is Butterflies

Ive used one of the new Collection which is Gemini coloured with Distress Re-Inkers.. A great image and could be used for all sorts of things too.

You have probably seen them on FB over the weekend or lucky enough to get hold of them if you were in Italy.

Im sure Sir Stampalot will have them in stock very soon :D

Ive edged the outside with a Frantage and Fragments

Papers are also Magnolia and flowers are from the Magnolia shop in Sweden.

Beautiful Star

 Good Morning

We have a new challenge over at the Ribbon Girl Challenge blog and we want you to use Lace on your project.

For my card Ive used a gorgeous Magnolia Stamp from the Moscow Collection 'Beautiful star Horse' painted with Distress Reinkers.
I just had to ink this stamp... Reminded me of my younger days and my gorgeous grey horse.

Ive made a shaker card and used Stampendous Mica Fragments

Papers are the beautiful Riddersholm Fall Flea Market

and the little wings are by Dutch Doobadoo paper Art Feathers. Oh I do love these and they are just perfect for embossing with Frantage. Here I used Aged Silver.

from the Ribbon girl shop I used 

 Cheesecloth, Metal Heart, 12mm Ivory Flat lace, Irridescent Bead String, Blue 10mm open Roses and Ivory flat back Pearls.

For the metal heart I added a piece of the matching paper and added USArtquest Perfect Paper Adhesive in Matt  ( I think its still a little wet on this picture!!)

The wings I painted with Distress Crackle Glaze

LOTV Blog Hop

Here’s my card 

for my card I used Pressed In Time. Such beautiful colours in this pad.

 I also used James Daisy coloured with Distress Re-Inkers. Sentiment also LOTV from the Sentiment Tags

I also finally got to use the fantastic Dutch Doobadoo Honey comb Board which I painted white and added under the flowers.

The butterflies are also Dutch Doobadoo paper art butterflies which i have just added a little Walnut Stain to the edges

Flowers are made from a Sizzix Die Dogwood flower by Susan Tierney Cockburn.

Hearts And Flowers at MDUC

Hey! 

Its Hearts and Flowers over at MDUC this week.

Ive used a gorgeous new Tilda Ive had for a couple of weeks, but just not had the time to colour . She is called Tilda With Fantasy Flower.

I used Riddersholm Designer papers 'A Christmas Story'

I just loved the richness of these papers and was perfect for a Valentines card.

Sentiment is Magnolia

As always I water coloured with Distress Re-Inkers.

LOTV-Timeless Victorian Paper Pad

Good Morning

Dare I say it....The sun is shining :D 

Today to share is a card I made using the beautiful LOTV  new papers exclusive to Create and Craft on the 10th Feb and available at LOTV on the 24th Feb. 

On my card Ive used Timeless Victorian..Beautiful arent they?

There are 6 new pads and believe me you will love them all...I couldnt pick a favourite. You can see them all HERE

The sentiment is also LOTV- Quotables Celebrate and the dies are mainly DooHickeys.

I didnt want to add embellishments as it hides the gorgeous papers.

Instead I used dies using every sheet in the pad.
