A Gift from Japan (Please scroll down to the next post for The Stampman Blog Hop)

Look what the postman brought me this morning!!Its so exciting when a letter or gift comes from my penfriend in Japan.I could kiss him.Though it was my son Callum who answered the door this time so he got the kiss instead!!!lol
This was inside the outer packaging and wrapped so beautifully. The Japanese knot was too nice to open.I just lurve it.

Anyway I couldn't resist the temptation any longer and ripped it open!!hee hee Inside was three beautiful towels and loads of goodies, the kids are drooling over.

Even Leo had to have a look in and he just loved playing with the cords!!
Thankyou so much Kiyomi.I just love it all.
I hope you got your present.xxx
Bye for now
Debbie xxxx

We had similar excitement over our French parcel...it only took a matter of minutes for the chocolates to disappear!

Thank you so much for visting my blog and commenting so I could follow the cyber bread crumbs here!

I've been enjoying your work - so many lovely things! I especially love the red and gold poinsettia and the green sleigh bells ring pieces. They're enchanting! What lucky friends and family to receive such paper treasures!

Happy New Year - and I'll be following you from now on!

Hi Debbie, firstly can I say thank's for your lovely comment's, they mean a lot...

I was so inspired by the blog hop from yourself, Gill and the rest of the team. And since hopping around I have taken so much liking to all the different techniques and design's that I have seen.

I have alway's admired altered art from a distance never thinking I could do it myself, and have not really any knowledge of the medium's so to speak...
I was never very artistic, I never got to grip's with sewing and other neddle work as a youngster so I was suprised how well I took to card making, I was pretty impressed with myself, as there must be some sort of artist in me....lol

I have been out to Hobbycraft today, as you saw, I have a note box I want to alter, I brought some Gesso, Crackle medium, and my first craft stamper mag, and low and behold look who's in it...lol
Your project look's beautiful in print...
I have'nt read it yet as I couldn't wait to get in touch with you...and say Congratulation's...
Well done Donna, you must be over the moon...Have you been published before? as it would'nt suprise me.

Well I am off to do a bit of reading, take care...and hope to speak to you soon.

Hi Debbie - my previous message doesn't seem to have come through, so apologies if it appears later on!! Just wanted to say thank you for becoming a follower, and also for your lovely comments. I have become a follower of yours too, as I love your artwork and your crafting style - your projects are amazing (I have fallen in love with the red Merry Christmas wall-hanging by the way). I will be visiting very often, and would like to wish you and your family a very happy and peaceful 2010.
Hugs, Sylvia xxx

Hi Debbie.
Me again. I'm just catching up on everyone's Blog hop favourites and love what you've chosen. Those butterfly beauties are gorgeous. You inspired me to add them to my collection when I first saw you use them.
